How should i cut my hair? and what is a good website to see different hair styles on me?

I have blond hair but it is pretty close to red... it has honey highlights and is very thin... right now it is about 4 inches under my shoulder... i would like to get it cut short but maybe not boy short... my face is round and almost oval.. i have freckles...!!!!! how should i cut my hair and have it short? and also is there any good site you know about that can help me see the hair on my face change?How should i cut my hair? and what is a good website to see different hair styles on me?
