I actually use my 1-inch flat iron... I pull out about a 1-2 inch wide section of hair....clamp the hair between the plates...flip the straightener towards your head and pull it down slowly :).... youtube it...there are bunches of tutorials there...How to get the same wavy/curly hair style as miley cyrus?
