So I want a different hair style...?

My hair is very very curly. It's almost black, (dark dark dark brown) and it's about an inch past my shoulders.

I have a hair appointment on Tuesday and this is what I want

I want that exact style but I'm want to dye it a Mahogany kind of color.





My question is, would I look good with it?

I know it'll be very unhealthy to straighten my hair all the time.

I know how to deal with that though. :)



Also, When I straighten my hair now it ends up looking kind of flat at the top area

I think it is a very cute style, I have had many people come in with the same style, HA.



When you straighten it almost use your straightener like a curling iron and roll it at the roots to create a bend, then just straighten the rest like you would. Try even overdirecting it. And any volumizing root pumps, like Big Sexy Hair Root Pump Plus might be helpful and a strong hold hair spray. Also would recommend Big Sexy Hair.



Oh and back comb where you want the most lift.So I want a different hair style...?
For the latest modern, great looking hairstyles, either velcro or plastic rollers work the best. Also, its better for your hair, the style lasts longer and you can style it in different ways. and try something that will add a bit of volume to ur hair.
i think yout hair is amazing curly, but yu can do that and it wil work either way strait or curly
tease the top a little and use hairspray!
okay yes that style would look adorable!

BUT this is very important! BEFORE straightening your hair use a serum or cream that protects hair from heat.. for example i use got2B sleek... it works amazingly.. or you could use a silk serum... that will defrizz and protect from heat.... also got2B has a new product called gardian angel that also protects your hair from hot hot heat.... if you dont want the top of your hair flat poof it up and hairspray it and that should work.... i use a hair wax / cream and i put it on my fingers and just tousle the top of my head. and it gives it volume.
