CURLY HAIR STYLES and LEG EXERCISES?

hi.


i need some curly hairstyles.


i have hair about an inch and a half or two past my shoulders.


i want it to be curly.


so any directions for that would be great.


they can be any hairstyle....curly hair pinned back, regular hair curling directions, ANYTHING that is about curling hiar.





And then the other thing is,


i need leg exercises for my thighs.


i need to target my inner thighs and upper front of my thighs.

for the thigh exercises: i'm not sure if you're familiar with ballet terms, but if you do grand plies in second position, you'll be working both of those areas. they are squats you do with your legs spread out shoulder width apart.
