She needs a different hair style?

one of my best friends, she told me that she wanted her hair a different color. she heard from a different person that it wouldnt look bad with a certain color. HONESTLY, i really think that my friend should have light brown highlights in her hair. she has really dark brown hair (almost black). her skin color is tan, since she's half african american and half white. what do u think? i think she should totally go with the highlights.She needs a different hair style?
