id say a revelon ceramic medium sized barrel curling iron and tresseme tres two hair spray



when curling your hair, wrap it around the curling iron with your hand. use medium sized pieces. start at the head leaving about an inch then wrap it around leaving about an inch of your tips un wrapped. it'll give you a relaxed and wavy curl like kate's. i do my hair like that all the time. dun 4get hairspray. add a lot to the bottom half of your hair.
